Background
The applicant is requesting a massage therapist license to practice therapeutic massage at
Simonson's Salon located at 19320 Highway 169. The applicant has met the 500 hours of
completed coursework. The Police Department is processing the required background
investigation; therefore, approval should be contingent upon a successful background
investigation.
Action Requested
Council motion approving a therapeutic massage license for Jean Dayle to practice
therapeutic massage at Simonson's Salon contingent upon a successful background
investigation.
