Their conditional use permit will expire on April 15th. They are requesting an extension to April 15, 2005 in order to go through the regulatory process needed to open the new bank. Our current plans call for construction beginning the spring of 2005. We therefore, request that the Council extend our conditional use permit for construction of a new bmtl¢ing facility for an additional two years.
