Re: Sterling State Bank
Case No. CU 02-04
Dear Mr. Harlicker,
We have not yet begun the regulatory approval process to open a Sterling State Ba~zl¢ office in
Elk River. Our current plans call for construction beginning the spring of 2005.
We therefore, request that the Council extend our conditional use permit for construction of a
new bmtl¢ing facility for an additional two years.
Please feel free to contact me at 507-282-2900 if anything further is necessary.
Sincerely,
