Mr. ICing has made application for a transient merchant license to sell plants and trees from
the Exxon parking lot. The dates of sale are April 1 through May 31 and August 1 through
September 26, 2004. Mr. Icing has received written permission from the property owner.
The Police Department completed a successful background check.
Action Requested
Council motion approving a transient merchant license for Mr. ICing to sell plants and trees
from the Exxon parking lot.
