Background/Discussion
Staff and the applicant are processing several land use applications,including Preliminary Plat, Final Plat,
Conditional Use Permit, and Zone Change.
The applicant wanted to bring all the applications to the City Council at one meeting versus in parts. All
items associated with this project will be reviewed at the October 20, 2014, Council meeting.
Additional information
Per 15.99, Land subdivisions require action within 120 days. The other applications have been extended
the maximum allowed. All action needs to be taken by October 30, 2014.
