Park on July 4, 2004, for the community Independence Day celebration.
Action Requested
Council motion approving a temporary on sale 3.2 percent beer license to the Elk River Area
Chamber of Commerce for July 4, 2004, contingent upon receiving their dram shop
insurance.

1 st: That said applicant is a citizen of the United States; of good moral character and repute; and has attained the
age of 21 years.
2nd: That said o~:ganization is a club or charitable, religious, or nonpzofit organization, duty incorporated as a
nonprofit or religious corporation under the taws of the State of Minnesota.
3rd: That said orgamzafion has its registered office and principal place of activity within the City of Elk River.
4th: That said applicant shall make this application pursuant and subject to all the laws of the State of Minnesota
and the ordinances and regulations of the City of Elk River applicable thereto, which are made a part hereof,
and that applicant agrees to observe and obey the same.
5th: That no manufacturer of such 3.2% malt liquors has any ownership, m whole or in part, in said business of said
applicant or any interest d~erein.
