I. Call Meeting to Order
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the meeting of the Elk River Housing and
Redevelopment Authority was called to order at 5:30 p.m. by Chair Wilson.
2. Pledge of Allegiance
The Pledge of Allegiance was recited.
3. Consider 08/04/2014 Agenda
Moved by Commissioner Toth and seconded by Commissioner Chuba to
approve the August 4, 2014 agenda. Motion carried 4-0.
4. Consent Agenda
Moved by Commissioner Motin and seconded by Commissioner Toth to
approve the following consent agenda:
4.1 Minutes
• July 7, 2014, Special Meeting
• July 7, 2014, Regular Meeting
4.2 Check Register
4.3 Balance Sheet
4.4 Revenue/Expenditure Report
Motion carried 4-0.

6. Public Hearings - None
7.1 2015 Budget
Brian Beeman presented the staff report.
Motion by Commissioner Motin and seconded by Commissioner Toth to
approve Resolution No. 14-04, establishing the HRA Tax Levy for Collection
in year 2015. Motion carried 4-0.
Motion by Commissioner Toth and seconded by Commissioner Motin to
approve the 2015 budget as presented in the staff report to the HRA dated
August 4, 2014. Motion carried 4-0.
8.1 Announcements
Chair Wilson noted that when the City Council approved the HRA Housing Loan
Program, there were several people in the audience that expressed their interest in
applying for the program.
Ms. Eddy noted that she is working with Jason Krebsbach of CMHP on a kick-off
event for the targeted area homeowners. She explained that a flyer will be sent out in
the next couple of weeks,inviting homeowners to the event which will be held at a
church facility in the neighborhood.

There being no further business, Chair Wilson adjourned the meeting of the Elk
River Housing and Redevelopment Authority at 5:46 p.m.
