REQUEST
Tobacco license for .Jackson's Shop.
APPLICANT
Majdi Elias Almadien, 17308 Glenco Avenue, Lakeville, MN 55044.
BACKGROUND
Majdi Ehas Ahnadien is requesting a hcense to sell tobacco, tobacco products, and tobacco
related devices at Jackson's Shop, 356 Jackson Avenue in Elk River. The applicant has
submitted all of thc required application matcrial. Thc Pohce Department has processed thc
required background check and everything is in order.
