Approve, by motion,the lot split request from the City of Elk River and its EDA for Lot 1, Block 1,
Northstar Business park.
Background/Discussion
Case No. LS 14-06
The City of Elk River and its EDA desire to split 1.31 acres from Lot 1,Block 1,Northstar Business Park
and sell this parcel to an adjoining property owner to facilitate the construction of a parking lot.
The 1.31 acre parcel will not have access or frontage onto a public street;however it will be connected to
the adjoining parcel in an administrative action, and this lot has the necessary frontage.
The remainder of Lot 1,Block 1 retains buildable spaces and utilities and is being marketed.
