Convey,by motion,Lot 1,Block 1,Northstar Business Park to the Elk River Economic Development
Authority.
Background/Discussion
In finalizing the sale of a portion of Lot 1,Block 1,Northstar Business Park,it appears that both city and
the EDA own a portion of the lot.
The EDA attorney advises to transfer the property to the EDA,in part to establish a consistent sales
procedure with the balance of the business park. This will help logistically with the sale of the balance of
Lot 1,Block 1 in the future.
