A RESOLUTION FOR THE CITY OF ELK RIVER
A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING STATE AID HIGHWAYS
WHEREAS
it appears to the City Council of the City of Elk River that the streets hereinafter
described should be designated Municipal State Aid streets under the provisions
of Minnesota law.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Elk River, Minnesota,
that the streets described as follows, to-wit:
Elk Hills Drive from Dodge Avenue easterly to CSAH 13
221st Avenue from Trunk Highway 169 easterly to the intersection of
Monroe Street and CSAH 21
be, and hereby are established, located, and designated Municipal State Aid
streets of said City, subject to the approval of the Commissioner of ransportation
of the State of Minnesota.
BE IT RESOLVED IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk is hereby authorized and
directed to forward two certified copies of this resolution to the Commissioner of
Transportation for his consideration, and that upon his approval of the
designation of said road or portion thereof, that the same be constructed,
improved and maintained as a Municipal State Aid streets of the City of Elk River.
