CITY OF ELK RIVER
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ELK RIVER AMENDING
SECTION 2-52 OF THE CITY CODE OF ORDINANCES

The City Council of the City of Elk River does hereby ordain as follows:
Section. 2-52. Regular meetings.
Regular meetings of the council shall be held on the first, second, and third and four~&
Mondays of each calendar month at such time of day as the city council shall establish by
resolution. Any regular meeting falling upon a holiday shall be held on the next following
business day at the same time and place.
Passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of Elk River this 1Zh day of April, 2004,
and that this ordinance shall take effect upon publication as provided by law.
