I,Eric Johnson,Planning Commission Chair,hereby call a special meeting of the Elk
River Planning Commission on Wednesday,November 5,2014 at 6:30 p.m.,Elk Rivet
City Hall,13065 Orono Parkway,Elk River,Minnesota.
The purpose of the meeting is to review the following applications:
1. Case No. OA 14-07—Request by City of Elk River for Ordinance
Amendment to add FAST Business District.
2. Case No. OA 14-09—Request by City of Elk River Elk River Ordinance
Amendment to Section 30-1024(d)(2) C3 Highway Commercial District,to
add Truck Sales and Service as a Conditional Use.
In accordance with State Statute,l hereby request the city clerk to post this notice at least
three days prior to the scheduled meeting date. I further request the city clerk to notify each
member of the Planning Commission of the special meeting,in writing,at least one day
before the meeting.
