Special City Council Meeting

The City Council has decided to hold a special meeting on Monday, April 26, 2004, from
3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., to begin work on the Governance section of the Brimeyer Work
Program for the City Administrator and the City of Elk River. However, this meeting has
not officially been called. Accordingly, a motion by the City Council to call a special meeting
is appropriate.
Recommendation
It is recommended that the City Council call a special meeting from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.,
on Monday, April 26, 2004 to be held at the Elk River City Hall for the purpose of
considering a regular business consent agenda and beginning work on the citywide goal
setting/strategic planning project.
