An Ordinance Amending Section, 30 -903, entitW "Minimum number of parking
spaces" of the City of EN River, Minnesota, City Code to Modify Parking
Requirements for Banks.
The City Council of the City of Elk River does hereby ordain as follows:
SECTION 1. That § 30 -903 (4) a. of the City of Elk River Code of Ordinances shall be amended
to read as follows:
(c) Offices,
a. Bank: one space per 200 square feet of floor area, plus room to stack five-two vehicles per
drive - through lane.
SECTION 2. That this ordinance shall take effect upon adoption and be published as provided by
law.
Passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of Elk River this 17th day of November, 2014.
