Call Meeting to Order
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the meeting of the Elk River City Council
was called to order at 8:00 a.m. by Mayor Dietz.
2. Canvass Results of November 4, 2014, General Election
Oath of Office
The oath of office was taken by Mayor Dietz.
Canvass Returns and Declare Results
Ms. Allard presented the staff report.
Moved by Councilmember Burandt and seconded by Councilmember
Westgaar+d to adopt resolution 14 -63 canvassing election returns and declaring
the results of the city general election held November 4, 2014. Motion carried
4 -0.
3. Adjournment
There being no further business, Mayor Dietz adjourned the meeting of the
Canvassing Board at 8:03 a.m.
