Open and close the public hearing advertised for the Focused Study Area Zone Change (FAST).
Background/Discussion
A public hearing was advertised to consider the rezoning of portions of the FAST area (also known as
the Southern Twin Lakes Road Business District).
At their meeting on November 17, the Council continued action on the formal adoption of the zoning
district regulations. Staff anticipates the zoning district regulations will be reviewed in February or
March, after which a new public hearing to rezone the property will be scheduled and advertised.
