Councilmember Westgaard introduced the following resolution and moved its
adoption:

A ResoluCon of the City of Elk River Acknow edging Contributions
WHEREAS, the City of Elk River is grateful to all civic groups, organizations, and
individuals for their contributions to the communitl ; and
WHEREAS, the City of Elk River received donations in the year 2014 Quly through
December) from various individuals and organizations as itemized on Exhibit A, attached
hereto.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council, by at least four-fifths
vote, to acknowledge the support and commend these individuals for their donation.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember
Wilson , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof:
Mayor Dietz, Councilmembers Wilson, Burandt, Westgaard, and Moton
and the following against: None , whereupon said
resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
The following members were present: Mayor Dietz, Councilmembers Wi 1son,
Burandt, Westgaard, and Motin _
and the following absent: None
