MANAGEMENT FUND 0 THE STORMWATER UTiL07Y [FUND
WHEREAS, The City Council approved establishing the Stormwater Utility Fund on January 1,
2015, and,
WHEREAS, The City Council has reviewed the request and determined it to be a sound financial
practice; and,
WHEREAS, It has been determined that any remaining funds at year -end should be transferred
out of the Surface Water Management Fund to provide initial funding for the Stormwater Utility
Fund;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Elk River
makes the following transfer of any remaining funds from the Surface Water
Management Fund to the Stormwater Utility Fund in 2015:
Passed and adopted this 156 day of December 2014.
