A Resodution of the City of Elk River EstablisNng Cee Arena Commission
Meeting Dates
WHEREAS, the Elk River City Council adopted Resolution 96 -96 establishing Ice Arena
Commission meetings and adopted Resolution 05 -86, 06 -112, and 12 -70 amending those
meetings; and
WHEREAS, on August 19, 2014, the Ice Arena Commission voted unanimously to amend
their meeting schedule to eliminate the meetings held in January and November and for the
April and August meetings to be held on the third Tuesdays; and
WHEREAS, Section 02 -255 of the Elk River City Code calls for the City Council to
establish by resolution the meeting dates, times, and locations of the Ice Arena Commission
meetings.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Elk
River, Minnesota, as follows: the Elk River Ice Arena Commission shall meet on the third
Tuesdays of April and August at 6:00 p.m. at City Hall with additional meetings being held at
the call of the chair or at the request of two other commissioners.
