Motion to approve the following licenses valid January 6, 2015, through December 31, 2015:
1. Massage Therapist- Betty Jo Kragt,Life's Retreat Massage and Spa
2. Massage Therapist-Jessica Sager,Bela Salon
3. Massage Therapist—Stephanie King, Collyard Chiropractic
4. Massage Establishment and Therapist-Amelia Anderson, Cocoon House of Massage, 586 Dodge
Avenue NW
5. Tobacco—The ECig Palace, 13493 Business Center Drive NW
Background/Discussion
The Council considered annual license renewals for kennel, mechanical amusement,massage establishment,
massage therapist,and tobacco at the December 15,2014, Council meeting.
There were a few applicants who were not included on that list because the city had not received their
renewal application or the application was incomplete at that time.
