A. Economic Development Authority
Action Requested
Appoint,by motion, two Councilmembers to the EDA with term expirations concurrent with their
Council terms.
Background
Councilmembers Wilson and Motin served as EDA representatives with terms expiring Dec. 31, 2014.
B. Housing and Redevelopment Authority
Action Requested
Appoint,by motion, one Councilmember to the HRA with a term expiring Dec. 31, 2019.
Background
Councilmember Motin served as the Council representative to the HRA.
C. Administrative Hearing Board
Action Requested
Appoint,by motion, two Councilmembers to the Administrative Hearing Board with terms expiring Dec.
31, 2016.
Background
Councilmembers Burandt and Motin's terms expired Dec. 31, 2014. The board meets as-needed.

Formerly held by Councilmember Motin,the county would like the Council to appoint a replacement.
They meet 3-4 times a year.
4. Northstar Corridor Development Authority

Appoint,by motion, a member and an alternate to the Northstar Corridor Development Authority.
Background
Formerly held by Councilmember Motin with Mayor Dietz the alternate. They meet a couple times a
year as-needed.
