Request by the City of Elk River for an Amendment to the
Business Park District Standards Relating to Warehouse Space
At its October 23, 2001 meeting the Planning Commission tabled the ordinance amendment
request by the City of Elk River, cking the concern that the City was responding to only one
developer and directing staff to do further research regarding other cities' requirements and
to obtain opinions from other industrial brokers and developers. This item will be brought
back to the Planning Commission at its December 18th meeting and will reviewed by the
Council at its January 22, 2002 meeting.
