Wastewater SCADA Water Tower Attachments
BACKGROUND:
The Wastewater Department needs to utilize two of our water towers to install SCADA antennas
to transmit information back to the wastewater treatment plant from the surrounding lift stations.
DISCUSSION:
We've been working with the Wastewater Department on the process of getting their SCADA
antennas attached to the Gary Street Tower and the Auburn Street Tower. The plans have been
generated and have already been approved. Management would like to discuss how to proceed
regarding an agreement with the City of Elk River Wastewater Department for attaching
SCADA antennas to the two water towers.
