I. Call Meeting to Order
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the meeting of the Elk River Parks and
Recreation Commission was called to order at 8:15 p.m. by Chair Anderson.
2. Discussion of Parks and Recreation Master Plan
Mr. Leeseberg stated the goal is to get through the plan and give one full revision to
HKGi.
The Parks and Recreation Master Plan is intended to provide direction to city
council,the parks and recreation commission, and city staff to guide them in the big
picture decision making that will impact the parks and recreation system.
The Commission reviewed Chapters 1, 2 and part of 3. Specific discussions
occurred regarding grammar and content of the various chapters.
3. Adjournment
There being no further business, Chair Anderson adjourned the meeting of the Elk
River Parks and Recreation Commission at 9:55 p.m.
