SUBJECT: Fredericksen Administrative
Subdivision (AS 97-8)
Attached for your review is request for an administrative subdivision by
Richard Fredericksen.
The Fredericksen administrative subdivision request involves subdividing a
farmstead into two lots. One lot, which will contain the house and farm
buildings, will be 4 acres, and the second lot, which consists of the fields, will
be 53 acres. The property is located on County Road 33, west of the
intersection with County Road 1. There are no parks or trails identified on
this property; however, a snowmobile trail is identified along the north side
of County Road 33.
