9. Craft Festival Request
Attached is a brief request from a festival organizer from St. Cloud.
Items that I would like the Park and Recreation Commission to
address include, but are not limited to, the following:
• Reserving part or all of the park
• Reservation by a non resident
• Timing of a craft festival with other events
• Need for extra toilets and trash receptacles and who pays for these
items.

11. Staff Updates
Work is starting on the last details to ready ERYAC for a spring
opening. Attached is a field plan that shows the proposed building
floor plan and site location. The youth athletic groups have taken this
floor plan back to their sponsors and at this time we have no
commitment for labor or materials.
The following items will be completed prior to opening day:
• parking lot grading
• parking lot and driveway Class 5
• remainder of the ag lime
• base installation
• irrigation
• pump installation
• player bench installation
• interior walk trail base.
ID Other parks are receiving their spring clean up as weather permits.
Terry Bye will be the staff representative at the meeting and will have
a current verbal update.
