Approve, by motion, a peddler license to Michelle Remick, Brain Freezze, valid through December 31,
2015.
Background/Discussion
Ms. Remick requests a peddler license to sell ice cream from her truck throughout the city. She has
submitted all the necessary application materials and successfully completed a background investigation.
Ms. Remick has also been licensed to operate her ice cream truck in St. Michael, Albertville, and Otsego.
