BACKGROUND
It was brought to our attention that Wash-N-Fill Express had been selling tobacco without a license.
This application is for the year 2001. They will also be making application for 2002 when the other
license renewals are brought before the Council for approval.
ACTION REQUESTED
Council motion approving a tobacco license for Wash-N-Fill Express.
