SUBJECT: Legal Secretary
On December 5, 2001, Assistant Chief Jeff Beahen, Support Services Supervisor Michelle
Masica, and Assistant City Attorney Chris Johnson conducted oral interviews for the legal
secretary position in the City Attorney's Office. There were four (4) individuals who were
interviewed. ?all of the finalists work in prosecutor's offices.
The oral board made a recommendation that Jennifer Snyder be hired as the legal secretary.
Jennifer currently works in the Sherburne County. Attorney's Office as a legal secretary.. The
recommended pay for Jennifer is at Pay Grade 8, Step C ($15.52 per hour). We 'also
recommend that Jennifer earn vacation at the same rate as an employee with five (5) years of
service. This recommendation is contingent on a successful background check. We would
like Jennifer to start on December 26, 2001.
