Review Board and Commission Expirations
Attached is a status report of board and commission members whose terms will be expiring
either December 31 or February 28. The report indicates which applicants have requested
reappointment.
As you can see, we are still in need of applicants for the Library Board and Planning
Commission. Please encourage anyone you know who may be interested to apply.
There are some existing board and commission members who are requesting reappointment.
The existing policy allows the Council to consider these reappointments prior to
interviewing for the positions.
This information will be presented to the Council on December 17. Appointments to the
Library Board and HRA should be made on that evening because the terms expire at year-
end. The Council can choose to reappoint anyone else requesting reappointment at that
meeting, or to wait and interview existing and new applicants at a meeting in January.
