BACKGROUND
Mr. Froehlich has made application for a transient merchant license to sell Florida Citrus
fruit from a semi trailer from the Menards Parking lot. The dates of sale include January 12,
February 9 and March 9. Mr. Froehlich has received written permission from Menards. Mr.
Froehlich has successfully passed the Police background check.
ACTION REOUESTED
Council motion approving a transient merchant license for Mr. Froehlich to sell Florida
Citrus at Menards parking lot.
