Designate the Star News as the official EDA newspaper for 2015 and the West Sherburne Tribune &
Citizen Newspaper as alternatives.
Background/Discussion
As per EDA Bylaws, the designation of an official newspaper is suggested at the Annual Meeting.
Historically, the Elk River Star News has been the official EDA newspaper. In case of publishing
irregularities, a backup is recommended. The backup newspapers are the West Sherburne Tribune and
Citizen Newspapers.
