The following is a short summary of the agenda items for the January 21 meeting. More
detailed information will be provided verbally.
4.2 Review the 2015 Board and Commission Meeting Dates. Approval by motion required.
5.1 Fleet Committee Update regarding fuel-efficient vehicles for city fleet.
5.2 Continue to review the High 5 Program.The documents will be available on the I k
projector for live editing.
5.3 The CERTS (Clean Energy Resource Teams) Conference will be held March 10-11 in St.
Cloud. In the past, Energy City Commissioners along with Energy City staff members have

attended this biennial conference.The Energy City budget includes funds for up to 3
commissioners to attend the conference. Please inform staff if you are interested in attending
the 2015 CERTS Conference on either or both days by January 30.
6.1 Continue to review the I ligh 5 Program as needed.
6.2 Updates regarding fuel-efficient vehicles for city fleet.
6.3 A date is being determined for a possible presentation from Randy's Sanitation regarding
CNG vehicles.
