ElkRiver MEMORANDUM TO: Park & Recreation Commission FROM: Scott Harlicker, Planning Assistant DATE: May 13, 1998 SUBJECT: Barsody Hills Preliminary Plat (P 98- 2) Attached for your review is request for a preliminary plat by Dynamics Design and Land Company for Barsody hills. This subdivision involves the platting of approximately 92 acres into 8 residential lots. The plat is located on the north side of Brook Road (County Road 21) and 217th Avenue. The majority of the property is an old gravel mine with an existing farmstead that will be preserved on a 30 acre parcel; • the remaining 7 lots range in size from 4 acres to 12.5 acres.
