An Ordinance Amending Section, l 8 -82, License of the City of Elk Myer,
Minnesota, City Code
The City Council of the City of Elk River does hereby ordain as follows:
SECTION I. That § 10 -82, License of the City of Elk River Code of Ordinances shall be amended
to read as follows:
(a) Required; term. No person shall own, harbor, or keep a dog or cat over six months of age within
the city unless a current license for such dog or cat has been obtained. T4=te 1 eense sha]4 be
isstted.
SECTION 2. That this ordinance shall take effect upon adoption and be published as provided by
law.
Passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of Elk River this 2nd d of February, 2015.
