I Call Meeting to Order
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the meeting of the Elk River Economic
Development Authority was called to order at 6:26 p.m, by President Tveite.
2. Closed Meeting
The purpose of the closed meeting was to determine the asking price for real
property:
a. Lot 1, Block 1, Northstar Business Park
b. Lot 1, Block 2, Northstar Business Park;
c. Lot I Block 2 Natures Edge Business Center Second Addition
d. Lot 2 Block 2 Natures Edge Business Center Second Addition
e. Lot 1, Block 3, Natures Edge Business Center Second Addition
