Provide response to the counteroffer proposed by Envision Companies, LLC (Sportech) for Lots 1 and
2, Block 2, Natures Edge Business Park.
Background/Discussion
Envision Companies has provided a counter offer to the City’s standard Purchase Agreement. The EDA
attorney has provided a memo outlining the effect of these changes and recommended responses, in the
form of a Purchase Agreement. These two documents were distributed separately.
