A RESOLUTION CANVASSING THE NOVEMBER 5, 1996,
MUNICIPAL ELECTION RESULTS
WHEREAS,
the City of Elk River conducted a municip al general election
on November 5, 1996, for the position of Council Member for
Ward Two (2) and Council Member Ward Three (3)
