General description: North of County Road 33 at the 215th Avenue alignment.
Legal description: The West half of the Southwest Quarter of Section 8,
Township 33, Range 26, Sherburne County, Minnesota lying northerly of the
• centerline of County Road No. 33

Al (Agricultural Conservation) /A (Agriculture)
Background
Lee Whiting is requesting an Administrative Subdivision so a single family
home can be built there. The site is in the Al zone (Agricultural
Conservation) across County Road 33 from the Rla zone (Single Family
Residential). Currently, there are few homes in the adjacent Rla zone with
Woodland Trails being the nearest park.
Recommendation
Staff recommends that the Parks and Recreation Commission recommend a
park dedication of cash.
