Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the meeting of the Elk River City Council
was called to order at 8:39 p.m. by Mayor Dietz.
2. Closed Meeting
The purpose of the closed meeting was to discuss the purchase of real property, Lot
4, Block 1 of Mississippi Ridge Second Addition, per Minnesota Statute Section 13D,
Subdivision 3c.
3. Adjournment
There being no further business, Mayor Dietz adjourned the closed meeting of the
Elk River City Council at 8:54 p.m.
