Staff requests the Administrative subdivision park dedication requirement
Location
20954 Ogden Street, Elk River, MN 553304 (SE1/4, NE1/4 of Section 18,
Township 33, Range 26, Sherburne County)
• Zoning/Landuse
R1a (Single Family Residential) / LR (Low Density Residential)
Background
The applicants are requesting an Administrative Subdivision to allow a lot
split of a roughly 5 acres site into two 2.5 acre lots. In addition to a lot split,
the applicant and the neighbor will be doing a lot line adjustment in
exchange for the abandonment of an easement for a driveway. The site is in
the Rla zone in an area with few platted lots or homes. The nearest park is
Woodland Trails.
