SUBJECT: W.J.C. Development Request for
Preliminary Plat for Oak Run,
Case No. P 96-15
Attached for your review is the preliminary plat for Oak Run. The plat is
located between County Road 32 and County Road 1 at 210th Ave.
alignment. It involves subdividing a 9 acre parcel into 3 lots. Access to the
site will be via 211th Ave to Ogden Street; 210th Ave. will be constructed to
access the lots. The applicant is proposing to cul de sac 210th at the third lot;
staff is going to recommend that 210th be extended to the eastern boundary
of the plat. The site is mostly wooded and level. One of the lots will contain
the existing single family house and the adjacent properties to the north and
• south contain single family homes also. The property to the east is
undeveloped.
This plat is on the agenda for the January 28, 1997 Planning Commission
meeting. Your comments will be appreciated.
