General Updates
CITY HALL TOUR
The City Council discussed having a tour of the newly remodeled city facilities prior to the
May 3, 2004 City Council meeting. Staff will be available for a tour at 6:00 p.m. if any
Councilmembers are interested and available. (The HRA meeting begins at 5:00 p.m. and it is
likely that this meeting will not last more than an hour.)
PARKS AND RECREATION OIRECTOR UPDATE
The Interview and Selection Committee has identified £1ve applicants for interviews. These
applicants will be interviewed on Tuesday and Wednesday evenings. The tentative "game
plan" calls for the Committee to identify the top two candidates from these interviews and
to bring these individuals back for a second interview towards the end of May. (There are
some scheduling conflicts for Committee members the weeks of May 10 and May 17.)
