PLEASE accept your sincere apology for last Thursday night. We too wanted this to be special for your group.
We want nothing more than for our guests to enjoy their time with us and walk away with their expectations
exceeded.
Brian and I have discussed all the issues that your group had and we came to this conclusion: we will adjust off
the $200.00 room rental along with $500.00 off the cost of your food. This will be a total adjustment of $700.00 off
the final bill. This bill is in the mail and you should be receiving it shortly. We know this does not make up for the
occurrences of that evening, but we hope that you will accept it as part of our apology.
The entire staff here looks forward to the opportunity to work with your group again in the future. Please let me
know if there is anything else that we can do for you!
