Consider Request for Wine and Beer
license by Josef Darraki - Tally Ho
Restaurant
Mr. Youssef Darbaki has made application for a wine and 3.2 percent
on-sale beer license. Mr. Darbaki is the chef for Tally Ho Restaurant.
Mr. Darbaki has submitted the license application and fees. The
police department is in the process of performing a background
check on the applicant. Because Mr. Darbaki is requesting to start
selling wine and beer on new years eve, he has requested the council
to consider approval of the license pending a valid background
check by the police department.
ACTION REQUESTED:
Approval of on-sale wine and 3.2 percent beer license pending
approval of police background check.
