Consider Senior Citizen Special
Assessment Deferral for Clifford Ibis
Mr. Ibis was assessed for the 1998 overlay project. He is the owner of Parcel
75-130-1110 (NW¼SW¼NE¼NE¼ , Section 30, Township 33, Range 26).
Mr. Ibis is over 65 years of age and meets the income requirements for
deferral.
Action Requested
The City Council is asked to approve the deferment of special assessment for
Clifford Ibis on parcel 75-130-1110.
