SUBJECT: Review Concept Plan for CPDC
(Waddy Schulze Property)
Attached is a revised preliminary plat the developers have prepared
identifying possible park areas as recommended by the Park & Recreation
Commission at the March meeting. The developers will be in attendance
Wednesday night to present their concept plan and respond to any additional
comments the Park & Recreation Commission may have.
Based on a tentative schedule that has been put together for this
development plan, a formal preliminary plat application will be submitted at
the end of April with the preliminary plat being submitted to the Park &
Recreation Commission for a recommendation on May 14th.
