SUBJECT: Review Hillside Estates Concept
Plan
At a previous Council meeting it was mentioned that the Park & Recreation
Commission should examine additional park development opportunities east
of Highway 169. One of the primary developing areas is the Hillside Estates
area. I have asked the developer, Riverside Development, if they would
present their overall concept to the Park & Recreation Commission, allowing
discussion of possible additional park land with future plats in this area.
Manly Glines from Riverside Development will be at the meeting Wednesday
night with an overall plan of the Hillside area and be prepared to discuss
II/ additional park opportunities in the Hillside development.
