Action Requested
Mayor Dietz will recognize and present a plaque to the March Volunteer of the Month Award recipient.
Background/Discussion
The City of Elk River Volunteer of the Month Award program was established by Mayor Dietz as an
opportunity to recognize Elk River residents for their volunteer contributions and commitments to
community service.
The Volunteer of the Month is normally recognized at the second Council meeting of the month;
however, Mayor Dietz requested this item be moved up to March 2 to accommodate the award recipient.
