SPECIAL MEETING OF THE ELK RIVER
HOUSING AND REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY (HRA)
I, Richard Hinkle, Chairman of the Housing and Redevelopment
Authority for the City of Elk River, am requesting a special
meeting of the Authority for Monday, November 22, 1993, at 5:45
p.m. , to be held at the Elk River City Hall, 13065 Orono
Parkway, Elk River, Minnesota.
The purpose of the special meeting is to consider:
a. A Development Agreement with the Chuba Company (Main
Street and Freeport Avenue Redevelopment Project) ; and,
b. Payment of expenses related to the Jackson Square and
former railroad property parking lot improvements .
